We are unique in our ability to reproduce photographs and illustrations with high quality screen printing. Our craftsmen use dot patterns as fine as 85 lines per inch.
.

Our award-winning process uses the four printing primary colors (yellow, magenta, cyan, black) to reproduce full-color illustrations or photographs. It has the fine resolution of color lithography and a rich textured feel.

This decorating method utilizes heat, pressure and a die to transfer bright foil colors to any material. The most commonly-used colors are gold and silver, but many other exciting colors are available at extra cost.

In screen printing, ink is forced through a screen onto material. It is most widely used and best method for doing multiple color printing and tight registration.
.

In screen deboss we first silkscreen your artwork on to the material. Then, using a die in exact registration, we deboss an outline area of that same art. Screens and dies are both required for this distinctive dimensional effect.

This elegant visual effect is also done by our radio frequency sealing machines. The die is forced into the material to create an embossed (raised) or debossed (lowered) image without color.

With the use of a special die, we can cut out a window of almost any shape to create a unique look to your product.

Our radio frequency sealing machines use special dies that seal and cut at the same time to leave a second piece of vinyl permanently affixed to the base vinyl creating a very beautiful visual effect.

With the use of a special die, foil is transferred color to your material, then use the same die to deboss exactly the same area. This combination process can be done on either film vinyl or expanded supported material.
