Custom Binder Features
For this unique product line, we utilize specialized Sealed-&-Sewn materials to make the binders.
- Vinyl and Suede: We choose high grade vinyl as the primary material to cover the binders, while suede is used as the lining material. Vinyl and suede complement each other as materials, and provide numerous advantages to the binder:
o Binder is RF heat sealed with perimeter stitching
o Sewing thread can match both inside and outside cover/liner material
o Less expensive alternative to the Turned-&-Sewn binder
o Most standard options and accessories can be used
o Most decorating techniques and can be applied
- Binder Structure: Standard or Upgraded materials with perimeter sewing.
- Shades and Textures: Customers can choose from all standard and upgraded covering materials as well as matte, glossy, and textured finishes.
- Sizes: The Sealed-&-Sewn binders can have standard and custom sheet sizes
In terms of exterior and interior construction this is very similar to a standard vinyl binder with all options and accessories utilized alone or combined to create a unique custom product. The perimeter stitching is done using a heavy duty commercial sewing machine. The nylon thread is stitched all the way through the cover, board and lining materials to provide beautiful aesthetics and additional strength.
