All price sheets and information in this catalog are effective January 1, 2006. Prices and information are subject to change without notice.
All items in this catalog are made-to-order; for standard items allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. On custom designed items or non-standard items allow 4 to 5 weeks. All deliveries are from the time credit and artwork have been approved. Additional time is necessary if proofs are required. All deliveries subject to availability of materials.
OVER AND UNDER RUNS
Since careful inspection at the factory often results in some pieces being discarded, it is understood that an overrun or underrun can occur. The following is our policy.

If an exact quantity is required, you must get a special quote from the factory. You will be involved for the actual quantity shipped.
Unless specified, we will use our discretion as to the method of shipping. All shipments are F.O.B. our factory. If credit has been approved we will prepay and bill standard freight charges. If credit has not been approved freight will be collect. All freight prepaid by shipper, will be invoiced with a carrying charge.
Certain weather conditions may cause our heat sealed vinyl products to crack when these products are thrown or dropped during shipping. We take several steps to try and prevent this from happening including marking each box with special handling information and palletizing whenever possible. We WILL NOT accept any responsibility for any claims resulting from cold cracking. The receiver (consignee) must file any claim with the freight carrier without delay. For cold weather packaging of your products, please consult with your sales representative.
All orders are subject to approval by supplier. Where credit has been approved terms of payment are net 30 days. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to all past due invoices. Any claims for repair, replacement or credit must be received in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment. No returns can be made without our permission.
DROP SHIPMENTS OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Drop Shipments or Split Shipments A $25.00(c) charge per location will be billed for drop shipments. Split shipments are permissible providing arrangements has been made with the factory.
Artwork All prices are based on receiving camera ready art. If multiple colors are needed, we require color separated digital art files. Typesetting and art services are available and will be billed at moderate prices. Bleeds, heavy coverage, tight registration, halftones, or any procedure not included in the quote may require an additional charge. Art charges are for labor only and do not reflect ownership of film positives, negatives or digital files.
Inkjet Art Proof – $45.00(c).
Ink Proof – (sample of ink on material) – $25.00(c) per color.
Skin Proof – $100.00(c) per color. Skin proofs are run in the color and material of the final job. When a skin proof is requested, the order will be held until the skin proof has been approved. Unless proof approval is received immediately, the order may be delayed.
Product Proofs – If you want to receive the right to change specifications other than screening, you should request a product proof. Product proofs are run as closely and completely to the final specifications as possible. Product proofs are quoted separately since cost may include tooling, dies or screens as applicable. Orders that request a product proof are held until approval of the proof since customer changes could result in changes of size, color or construction.
A charge per color will apply to orders requiring a color match.
Screen printing: copy changes require a charge of $100.00(c) each change.
Foil stamp areas cannot exceed 20 square inches per area without special quotes. All dies are quoted and billed separately. Normally a hot stamp on the front cover and spine is considered a two area stamp. In all cases stamping dies are required. All quoted imprinting costs are subject to review based on actual artwork submitted for production.
We have the capabilities of running certain orders in a quicker than normal time period to meet our customers needs. Please contact our customer service department for the actual rush charge. Minimum rush charge – $150.00 net
All copy or other materials submitted by the customer for use by us in producing the items ordered will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection. Products illustrated in this catalog are used to demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by any company of our product line. We reserve the right to use any products we produce in our advertising, unless you specify otherwise, in writing at the time of order.
